Lemon & Dill

Our Lemon & Dill dip mix has a light herby taste with lots of zesty lemon and dill tips. This dip works equally well to flavour both hot or cold fish and chicken dishes. Blend with creme fraiche and grilled mackerel or tuna for a light summer dish and blended into a creamy bechamel sauce for fish pie and salmon en croute, or oven baked chicken for warm autumn and winter dishes.
