We endeavor to dispatch your items within 24 - 48 hours from receipt of your order. If an item is out of stock, or in other unforseen circumstances we will contact you by email or telephone, to offer an alternative or a refund.
Items are sent by Standard Delivery Royal Mail 1st class post. Please note that this does not guarantee next day delivery.
We are able to send items overseas weighing no more than 2kg using Royal Mail International 'signed for' service. Items for EU delivery are charged at the European Standard rate.
How do I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel or change an order, no problem. Please contact us by email at [email protected] or by calling us on 01454 632247 Monday to Friday 9.30 to 5pm (excluding public holidays). Please do so as soon as possible if you decide your order is not right for you.
How do I return an order?
If you've changed your mind and wish to return an item, that's fine. Don't worry!
When you order an item from us we want you to be happy with your order, so we offer a no quibble 28 day return policy. You can return your item for whatever reason for a full product refund or exchange.
Simply return your item in a perfect and saleable condition, with the return section of your dispatch form, and we will process your refund within 3 days of receipt of goods.
The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until received by us. We do recommend that you send it by registered post, retaining proof of postage.Goods are returned at your expense, unless found faulty. This does not affect your Statutory rights.

All our internet sales are processed through RBS Worldpay and Paypal, both of which offer excellent levels of security. We do not hold your card details ourselves, or give any of your personal details to any 3rd parties.
