We love Mexican food, and the classic combination of cooking with chillies and rich dark chocolate. So we have blended smoked chillies with a subtle blend of spices and rich dark cocoa to produce an extraordinarily lovely blend with just enough chilli kick to please. Use in beef chilli dishes, pork stir fries and bolognaise sauces. Try as a warming drink. It works especially well with steaming hot soya milk. Sprinkle on hot buttered toast or crumpets.
