Delivery Standard UK Delivery: Items are sent by Royal Mail 1st class post. Please note that this does not guarantee next day delivery.Overseas delivery: We are able to send items overseas weighing no more than 2 kg using Royal Mail International 'Signed For' service. Items for EU delivery are charged at the European standard rate. How do I cancel an order?If you wish to cancel or change an order, you may do so by contacting us at customerservices@gourmetdips.co.uk or by calling us on 01454 632247 Monday to Friday 9.30 to 5.00pm (excluding Bank Holidays). Please do so as soon as possible if you decide your order is not right for you. If your order has already been despatched, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.How do I return an order?If you've changed your mind and wish to return an item, that's fine. Don't worry!When you order from us we want you to be happy with your order, so we offer a no quibble 28 day return policy.You can return your item for whatever reason for a full product refund or exchange. Simply return your item in a perfect and saleable condition, with the return section of your order despatch form, and we will process your refund within 3 days of receipt of goods. The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until received by us. We do recommend that you send them by registered post, retaining proof of postage. Goods are returned at your expense, unless found faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
